"Tangkui" comes from exposed plant root of Celery group. Science name is Angelica Sinensis, found at western plateau areas of Chinese, for example Kanzu, Zachuan, Unan, Sanze, Kuijaow, and Hupia
Tangkui has been separated 3 parts, head, trunk and tail of its length approximately 10 25 cm but the trunk about 3 10 cm and has gray brown or orange brown tone skin. Good quality Tangkui has to a big head, big root, few small roots, yellow real stuff include the many brown points on the skin and the acrid odor of herbal due to it has the oil. Sub quality of Tangkui always is a small head, many small roots, not acrid odor and red brown stuff.
Tangkui has been cooked or also preserved in spirituous liquors. Its quantity appropriated with the female such as during unusually menses and non pregnant, so can be believed that the Tangkui is the best amelioration in female.
