"EuengKee" has the scientific name as "Astragalus membranaceus Bge. Var. monglolicus" and the common name is "Milkvetch Root". It is an annual in bean family grow up hill area. Furthermore it can be found at sand around the river or field. EuengKee is always found in Northern and North Eastern of China region such as Mongoria, Zanzee, Herylongchieng, then can be called "TangpakEungkee" or "Pakkee".
EuengKee has the aroma and slight sweet. Cutting the rootlets and hollow parts; exposed for drying then bring to utilization.
